2000 Jetta TDI. For sale as is mostly for a parts car. $1800 and I am sorry I can not negotiate unless you want to trade for another car. It can still be driven but I dont
know how much longer. Or you can come get the engine for the asking price along with the ECU and everything and I will take care of the body. This car would be the perfect
candidate for a manaul swap.
Good:
Excellent brakes. Hawk HP pads.
Engine runs great.
Full EGR delete.
Most body panels are in great shape.
Tires are pretty new.
Interior is really good, just needs a cleaning.
A/C blows cold and the heat blows hot.
Bad:
Transmission. It is going rather fast. It is a 01M trans which is known to be a failure. And I have been quoted at about $4K to have it fixed. You could maybe find someone
cheaper. And there are a few options out there to maybe fix it, I have done a lot of research about it. So feel free to ask.
Front passenger side got hit (we were stopped and the guy driving his truck was completely negligent). So the hood and pass side fender need replaced. The parts are easy to
find and replace and I know where to get them.
Asking $1800 because of the trans issue. The engine alone is worth that.
