- 99.5 golf 175k (totaled, sold) 2000 golf tdi 375k (Malone 1.5) 2002 green diesel bug
15 years strong. Bought the first alh pd 2004 gls anthracite wvw in 2005 15k(?) my ex and I bought it $15k(?), she got it after a separation. I always said I’d buy it back, never happened, might be near Breckinridge Co(?).
Bought a very strong 99.5 2dr wvw blue. Larger injectors, upgrade luck clutch, ve6 brakes, billstein lower, RC2+. Got rear ended and unibody crushed 3/4”. Sold
I took time off, 2007-2009 economic recession happened, lost work and the pre war condo. A few years later I bought upfront 3.6ac in north central North Carolina. My father gave me the 2002 Ford Escape, it died @ 200k. Bought a 1999 Nissan Altima with 85k to get back and fourth from work.
A year later looking on Craigslist found a local 2000 silver wvw 2 door manual 350k and bought it for $1400. TB job, camshaft, coolant leaks and she’d code boost issues pushing it up hill. Larger injectors and worked everything out by a miracle and tuned with a Malone 1.5 *glowplug cel.
Bought an even more local 2002 green Mexican bug, 216k, $1100, came with parts, chains, cosmetic interior & exterior issues, drives fine.
Zaeli was my Rottweiler, I’m EC and have have a pressa caniaro (canary isle mastiff) Lyonna. Retrofitted the golf and we go car camping on the cheap.
