hey guys new here, 06 brm 145k, complete egr delete, stock exhaust, malone stage 1, new cam the works..

issue im having is car is constantly trying to build boost, start driving in 1st ever so slightly giving it gas the boost climbs to about 15-20 psi before it falls to roughly 5 and car accelerates better, same thing in every other gear.. on the highway if you give it throttle just a bit the boost climbs and holds at 15 instantly, give it more throttle and itll fall to 5 and will act normal untill you decel and get back on the gas

vacuum tested the actuator and n75 all seem to function correctly, im leaning towards stuck veins in the turbo not letting the car precisely adjust the pressure, thoughts before i blow money on a pd140 in hopes of fixing this?

Here's a crazy idea... log some parameters with VCDS first instead of just throwing random parts at it.

Oh I dunno... If you suspect the turbo isn't responding, how about requested boost vs actual boost for starters?

Also, does this problem coincide with your "the works" upgrades, or was it running properly with the works before it developed?

There's a link to a great scientific step-by-step in my sig for diagnosing limp/low power, and yup when you get to the logging stage it's boost, requested vs actual.

It’s gotten progressively worse in the last 20k, “the works” included the billet cam, new clutch , cleaning intake manifold, timing belt , injector seals injector harness , glow plug harness, all that was done shortly after I bought it and it ran no different after, turbo has been loud since day 1 and like I said has gotten progressively worse

I would do the requested vs actual boost and also, put a mity vac on the actuator and see where it starts moving the actuator rod and where it stops moving. Or if it even moves at all.

Loud turbo huh.... where are you taking your boost readings from?
when i say loud i meant its constantly spooling to the moon, heres the log, first gear slowlyy accelerating , same issue in all other gears and at all speeds,

What other codes are you throwing?
No codes thrown at the moment, once in a while I’ll get over boost code , don’t remember what the actual code number is but it throws it into limp mode, happens rarely
