Is this just a random suggestion, or is there some real experience/knowledge behind this suggestion?

What should be the opening pressure for the 0.320 injectors? 1.9TDI vp37 pump, with 12mm rotor and de143 cam plate.

The current ASZ is already overbored for the 81mm piston. I think we will stick to the current ASZ, seems that the stock CR should be then fine with this setup? - ASZ engine block - BRT 81mm pistons - ported cylinder head - 12mm fuel pump with de143 camplate - 2260vk turbo

We think that the problem might come with the pistons, they are not from the ASZ. These are from the BRT and are 81mm.

300 hp would be the target.

Can someone advise how much material should be removed from the pistons more exactly to get the Ok CR? Someone advised above 1-2mm from the valve pockets, but how about the bowl? How much this should be machined?

Would like to go with thicker gasket way to decrease the CR, but dont know how thick to go with the thickness to get safe CR. 12.9 or ARP - already done.

what happens with the camshaft which has the 10,4mm lift? I would really appreciate, when someone would explain a bit on the camshaft selection.

It appeared that this camshaft is not available on the store anymore. One question regarding the angles what are marked for the cams. Are they related somehow to the valve lift? Is any 9,5-10mm valve lift camshaft ok to use and what is the difference?
