    So I go under the car today to checkout some stuff and I notice I had a wire with a yellow/rubber cap on it . I followed the wire to find out it connects to the winter heater connection (block heater i believe) on the outside of the car. I find it is zip tied to another wire and just hanging...

    Tomorrow the new winters go On, I got the blizzaks ws90 in 215/60/16 with a 16x6.5 rim setup. I was rather surprised with the price for all new installed out the door! I will update once there on and see what happens

    I WILL be purchasing winter tires next week with new rims and have them installed. If the vibration is still there this 100% eliminated previous tire damage / shifted belt option. If it doesn't go away back to the drawing board ...

    Does your passat not have a factory "canadian market only" block heater already installed? The flap for it is on the lower side of the front bumper. The cord to plug into it is kept in the truck ontop of the spare tire..
