Fuel return lines

Last few days I've noticed I've been getting some symptoms of fuel prime loss overnight. Checked it out this mornkng and found my cap on #1 and the long line from #4 to pump return are dripping. I can't find these lines locally, and kind of don't want to wait to order them online. What kind of lines/plugs can be used and any idea of a lock store that carries them?

You might find it at NAPA. It's just fuel hose 3mm inner diameter.
BTW, I ordered some Teflon tubing from McMaster-Carr and stuck them in place of the rubber/cloth ones. Here's a cool thread I followed for it:

I only did the inter-injector lines, not the first part of the "mod".
I actually have some spare fuel return line that I'll never use if you want to come pick it up? The Teflon supposedly never dies.
