Golf rear window washer

Does the Golf have a rear washer pump? The nozzle just barely dribbles. I can hear the front pump working.

Did not notice any windshield washer fluid leaks in the rear or in the left side channel.

Yes.
If you are not getting a full stream of WWF out of the rear pump, stop attempting to spray until it is fixed- the fluid is likely leaking down into the hatch.
Primary causes of failure:
1) Pump itself
2) WWF hoses leading to pump
3) WWF hard connection at pump
4) Rusted/broken metal fluid tube inside pump (leads to washer jet)
5) Clogged/broken washer jet.
