I'm looking to trade my 2004 BEW, 5 speed transmission, Ecu, axles, accessories, intercooler and spindles for a complete vr6 swap.
Engine has 230k miles
Cam replaced at 195k
EGR delete and block off plates
Intake manifold flaps gutted.
Timing belt, water pump, lifters, timing belt tensioner at 195k
Stage 2 south bend clutch at 205k
Hybrid oil pan with steel a bottom
VNT-17 turbo at 185 k run at a conservative 24 psi max since 205k
Custom Kerma tdi tune with a q loader( includes free returnes if you buy the parts from them this tuner is locked to my Ecu until the car is detuned)
Tune and turbo should put it at around 140-150whp and 260-300ftlb (an estimation)I get about 44mpg
Turbo and clutch can support 170whp and 325ftlb
I put over 2k in the engine and transmission between cam, lifters, upgraded turbo, SBC clutch, single mass flywheel, and timing belt service.
Located in St. Mary's county MD

This is probably a long shot but oh well. My gti was originally a 12v vr6 so I would like to get one back. Must be a manual transmission.
I would like to get a complete swap in relatively similar condition. If I forgot any parts that are needed for the swap let me know and I can include them.
Any questions just pm me.
OBO for the whole swap

Why downgrade? My ALH was faster than any NA VR6 with just a few more mods.

They do sound wicked though.
