I have a 2006 TDI Manual that had a branch fall on the rear end and bent the frame and pillar as well as broke glass. Liability only, so I am looking for a donor car that has a good body but mechanically can be any condition. I am considering rebuilding this myself if I can find the right car.
Other option is I am willing to part this out or sell it as a donor for the right price. Last year I had the clutch and SMF replaced by JasonTDR. 6 months ago, I replaced shocks, struts, tie rods, ball joints, control arms, and springs...though none of that helped when the tree hit it. Engine runs great and the little bit of stuff I needed done was by Jason.
Damage is all localized to rear passenger side with rear pillar and trunk lid smashed. Additionally the rear axle or frame is bent.
