Wtb: manual golf or wagon

Have been looking casually for a while, but now in need of a commuter vehicle. I just missed out on a nice white 4 door and can’t stop thinking about how I’m going to get one now…

anyways, I’m looking for a manual trans tdi. I’m in the Portland area but also can consider cars in so cal as I will be down to visit family regularly.

what I really want is a 4 door golf, that’s mostly stock or stock looking, with a good maintenance record. It would be nice to find something under 200k miles and under $5000 USD.

I have a BEW wagon , FE fresh built I’m over it, I’m still chasing a tiny boost leak and finishing the rolling road dyno. I have less thank 2000miles on this setup. This build takes the kerma 180hp kit and adds injectors and FMIC.

LSD, 1752 turbo; fmic, stage 2 cam, pd150 injectors and manifold. Auto meter pyro snd boost gauges, good condition GTI 2 door drivers seat, south bend stage 3 clutch; 2.5” downpipe, resonator and straight back exhaust; nee tandem pump, nee lift pump, new coolant tank, radiator fans, lower radiator hose; custom air box 3” maf pd150 intake pipe. Tires have less than 8k on them, high quality custom build headlights, Apple car play double din; currently the sunroof motor is failed. It just crossed 190koh Yeha I just did the timing belt and water pumo too all the motor mounts also the trans eas remanfaxtired ehen the LSD was installed. All nee seals and 3rd and reverse were replaceddue to slight damage to the teeth. Car had bikistean shocks and a panzer skid plate and looks bone stock. Tinted windows, two remotes, windows roll up and down with key fob. This kept me entertained during the last year but I’m over it. If I selll for 8500$ I’m getting my money back that’s it and ZERO for my labor. That was not my intention for this car I really wanted to build my z3 !
