Anyone interested in a working GTG in Olympia to clean intercoolers, make minor/major upgrades (Maybe even injectors Tom ???) and just have a good time ??? Have garage space for 2 cars at a time and most tools except for a torque wrench. Bring some grub and drink. Based on weather go for a drive afterwards.

12/1?? I just might be able to make that one! Don't really need to do anything on the car but would like to hang out and lend a hand as necessary.

I need the "forum works," CCV, ERG, ect... I may do my rear brakes then if someone has the tool that twists the caliper as it pushes it in.

I should be there. I might do my rear brake pads too. Bill S., It would be a treat to see you again! And Heinz, you're way too gracious to host yet another piss-off-the-neighbors-fest.

I am going to try to make it, although I don't think there is anything I need done right now. Hopefully I will have received my Brock wheels from Germany before then, and my H&R Cupkit and sway bar. I have to get that all installed at Car Nutz in Bellevue. I am thinking the wheels will be here by next week, but who knows. Anyways, sounds like fun!

Sounds as if the GTG has the follwing scheduled:
(2) Brake pads replacement by Rick and Brandon
(2) possible injector swaps (Myself and Tom)
(1) Some suspension work
(2) Epsolonian devices ( Myself and Rick)
(2) EGR bypass ( Myself and Rick)
(1) If Lady luck is on Tom's side maybe an HID install on the FAB Silver Jetta???
(?) Oil filter/ fuel filter and I do have an new extra air filter if someone needs it ($5).
All That is asked to bring some grub, willing to get dirty and tell the tallest lies about your ride!!
Lets see - Since I already have a chip, maybe inherit Tom's injectors(At a price of course) and install the Tuning box would I hit 155 HP ???? let the saliva drip......
An additional note - I do have extra VW OEM connectors and wiring if anyone wants to do rear Foglight or set their brake lights to double strength.....
When will the insanity end .......Only Bill knows after he shows us his new ride !!!!

We are moving to Carnation so lots to do, but I'll try to make it. Heinz can you mail me the directions again? PLEASE?

Hey, Heinz - Now if I could just slip one of those slick European TDI's into the Eurovan.... Might just show up in it anyway just in case we need to make a heavy duty beer run!!

A refresher on directions to your place would be good, too.

Heinz, won't be able to make the GTG. Just got my appendix removed a couple of weeks ago, but doing fine. If Tom needs a torque wrench for those injectors maybe we can work something out. I just bought a spring compressor for those interested in changing the stock springs. I did mine in a couple of hours, then took it Les Schweb for an alignment. I do need to work on the Passat as I have a lot of air bubbles in the fuel line and haven't figured out where there coming from. Any ways have fun at the GTG and maybe we'll see ya at the next one.

Hey, I just got my new Brock wheels that I have been waiting for and I am getting an H&R Cupkit put on along with the wheels at Car Nutz in Bellevue. I want to get this done, but I also want to go to the GTG! What to do, what to do???
I think I will go to the GTG, though. You say you want people to bring food? What would you like me to bring?

Sorry but I can't make it. We have too much to do with the new house and stuff like that. Packing, home inspection, you know the moving stuff.

Now my new house will be very close to a private lake and this summer would be a great time to give a house warming party at the lake.

Again sorry I can't make it I hope you guys understand.

Can anyone show me how to clean my MAF if I bring the electronic cleaning fluid? (or should I bring alcohol?)
My tools are still packed from the move.
