still trying to get them to credit the charge

i checked out very early moday. had to use self check out. internet charge was on my bill. still trying to contact hyatt to get it removed. any suggestions of whom to contact? (they don't answer my e-mail)

There should have been someone at the desk when you checked out... they're there 24/7.
