Wipers don’t work!!!

I have 2010 Jetta tdi. I love it but at the moment no wipers. My husband changed wiper motor checked transmission it seems ok. Also changed wiper switch on steering column. Still doesn’t work. My cruise control quit working also. Anybody have anymore ideas. I put Rainx on windshield it helps but isn’t a fix. Thank you so much

may be an electrical issue, did you check fuses? or maybe some relays? hopefully someone more adept can chime in with an exact fuse or relay to look for

Sounds like to me a few wires got caught in the steering wheel sheering them off if all components were replaced that kinda leave that's as the answer

Did the cruise stop working after changing the switch? Perhaps it is a coincidence but...
On 2006 and up (MK V), I believe that there is an interlock feature with the hood switch. It disables the wipers if the hood is not shut. So your hood may be shut but the switch maybe on the fritz. Just something else to check.
