Winter mats for 2012 Passat

I'm in the same boat. I will probably go thru one season with the Monster Mats that came with mine. By next summer, they will have holes in them so hopefully Weathertech will have something by then...

Never had a problem with Monster Mats. Wear experienced did not result in holes.
For the '12 Passat I'm wondering if Lloyd Rubbertite would meet your needs? Several sites offer them for a reasonable price and '12 Passat is an available application.

I wonder if Weathertech needs a doner car to test some digital fits.
BTW my monster mats don't have any holes in them, but they def don't protect worth a hilt as dirt and grim seems to get everywhere. For proper slush and snow handling you need higher sides than the monster mats, more of floor buckets than mats.
