Will 312mm front rotors work on 2012 JSW TDI?

Let me start by saying sorry if this has been covered but I’m new to forums and I haven’t seen anything about this after 2-3 hours of google searching. Anyway, I went on IDparts and purchased fremax front and rear rotors and halten pads for my 2012 JSW TDI both sets said “this item fits your vehicle”. I noticed the front set of rotors and pads is SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the rear set (312 mm rotors for the front and 272mm rotors for the back). My question is whether these 312mm front rotors will fit my all stock JSW with no modifications and will they work fine with my OEM calipers. Thanks so much for any help and clarifications.

Not quite sure that I follow your question. The 312mm are the stock size front rotors for the Sportwagen Tdi. The stock rear size is 272mm.

I can second that. I just changed the brakes on my 2011 JSW and I bought the same diameter rotors as what you mentioned. I believe VW increased the diameters in 2009-2010, so you should be fine.
