Sounds like Old Man Fixum and I will drop in for a while. Pending he gets up and makes it to my house, and that I don't leave him on the side of the road somewhere between here and there.:p

Lol. Hey Travis, can you bring along the popup tent I left at your place? Oooh, and also the motor mounts.

Sounds like the earliest we can get started is 10am, Gary's got some stuff in the morning...
And if anyone wants Neuspeed stuff he can do 10% off. His email is oilpro@centurytel.net.
I guess we'll be hanging out at the Sequential Station until 10 then.....:D
Revised meet up time at my house: 8am. Leave by 8:30. I doubt if we will take a full 2 hrs. to get to Eugene. Given our usual caravan antics!;)

OK everyone, let the countdown begin! Just a few days left!

If anyone is interested in doing a diesel purge I have my hose kit (pretty sure it still works after justin butchered it all up) ;)

Gary wanted me to remind everyone to bring safety glasses since we will be in a business...different liability stuff and all that. Safety first!

I'll have my BBQ so bring something to grill if you so desire. There will be a small mini fridge and microwave, but no full kitchen.

There is wifi, but looking at non-TDI porn is ill-advised!

Yahoo!!!

some how I missed this thread.. was wondering why the previous thread wasn't seeing any activity :D

I'll be there for sure.. planning on bringing my dash cubby to install, but I won't need a lift for that.. just a dry spot to work.

I live right around the corner, but had expected to be out of town for this. Now it turns out I will be around after all, so I definitely want to stop by. Just about due for an oil change, so I might as well do that, and deal with the annual winter glow plug failure while I am at it. I might be talked into doing something more complex, but we'll see... (scratches head)

(Oh, and I just realized I had an old, outdated email address in my profile, so apologies to anyone who tried to PM me and never got a reply...)

I'll make a batch of tortilla chips and guacamole, and get a pack of chicken parts. Stores are nearby to fill in with the other needed items. And an iPad to keep kids occupied.

Anyone have a Hand operated vacuum pump for priming an IP? Also might need some hose pinch-of clamps too :)

Heading down from Seattle with a buddy of mine.
My mityvac dissolved a seal and gave me a nice black gold shower while I was trying to extract oil from the engine. So possibly an oil change down there for me.
Look forward to seeing what the vcds has to say about my engine ...

Good. The weather was very cooperative, and we were able to Dino two cars at the shop next door!

Great GTG. Lots of good food and even sun. Good to see the regulars and a few new faces, for the first time this year.

Thank you Alan for hosting. Nice shop.

Six hundred fifty-five miles made for a longish day but worth the trip. Looking forward to the next one. :)

Thanks Alan!!!

Another great GTG!!!!
The venue was great, even if there was a Subaru shop next door.
Lots of great conversation, the food was awesome, entertainment was provided by Brian and his RC plane and the dyno shop. It was fun watching big clouds of black smoke billowing out of the door when Travis's car was being dynoed.
A wonderful group as usual, not as much major wrenching but I got a couple of minor projects done.
Thanks to everyone who participated in any way-:D:D:D
