Thanks for the heads up about this. Send me a PM with the amounts paid and I'll get your forum subscription squared away so that you can register for the event.

I believe we were in the testing phase when you signed up in June, after which all data was purged from the system. Did you pay at that time? If so, send me a PM with the payment information and I'll let you know how to proceed.

I want to make sure I'm being clear that a forum subscription and TDIFest registration are two separate things.

You must have a Contributor or Enthusiast level subscription in order to register for TDIFest, but purchasing a subscription does not automatically sign you up for Fest.

Once you have purchased a TDIClub subscription, you must go to http://events.tdiclub.com and complete your TDIFest registration. You can manage your TDIClub subscription by going to Paid Subscriptions in your user control panel.

You sure can. You can edit your registration to add events/meals at any time (as long as you haven't passed the meal cutoff date).

As of today, we're up to 70 people registered and we still have three weeks to go. Historically, half of our registrations happen between now and the event date.

Upcoming deadlines:

The last date to purchase meals is on Sunday, August 30th. I'm placing food orders on Monday.

The Mt. Washington group drive can be added to your registration any time before check-in begins at Fest. Log in with your forum credentials and add it to your cart at http://events.tdiclub.com

Hotel reservations can be made any time before the start of TDIFest. There is no guarantee that rooms will be available, so if you want a particular room style, don't delay.

Was intending to see Mt Washigton on my way to the Fest. Guess I should look at the group drive first. So no more additions to the group drive at the Fest? So how many miles is this group drive, round trip??

We may extend group drive purchases during the event, but at this point I can't commit to allowing that.

It's 50 minutes (40 miles) from the hotel to the mountain and 30 minutes to the top. With some time to explore while you're there, plan on the whole thing taking about 4 hours on Saturday afternoon. In 2013, a number of people went out to dinner after the drive to the top.
