Who does best 4 wheel aligments? WA State

My family member needs their car aligned. Anyone here knows who does the best quality 4 wheel car alignments for a B5 sedan in Washington State?

I'm willing to travel anywhere in our state for the right shop. Independent or dealer shops is fine. I prefer to be present in the garage while it's being done to see it properly worked on.

List of things I’d like checked up and adjusted. I want a total 4 wheels alignment with the following:

-Toe
-Camber
-Caster
-Axis inclination
-Trust angle

Try Tru-Line Frame and Wheel. Shops in Seattle and Bellevue. They do excellent work. I'm not sure about their "observation" policy though...

I certainly would not take my cars to a shop if I didn't trust their angle.
