LOL Pete. Congrats! I thought 2nd place got a plaque, but I don't really remember. Maybe you just get your name on the internets. ;)
So if 2nd place got a plaque what does 1st place get? (New Beetle)

I'm glad I've got a gasser, and am therefore ineligible to win, because getting a plague would suck. :p

Five words: Seven thousand revolutions per minute.
Two words: Torque it!

/EDIT: Why does it take so many revs to make 116 BHP?

Because it's a 1.6L made in 1992?

For a 1.6L, 116 bhp was actually quite good for a daily drivable engine with econobox maintenance requirements back then, with no turbo...

I've driven your car. Fairly certain it's making less than 116 bhp ;)

Toof, don't try and convince us of the superiority of your 3 cylinder Miata. ;)

My Miata engine is also stock, though.

I hear an F20C conversion isn't TOO hard if I want 10,000 RPM. ;)
