Where's the vender feedback thread?

I searched high and low with the search function and I can't find it. I'm wanting to leave positive feedback to a vender!

It’s “Vendor” and it’s in the vendor & GroupBuy items for sale sub-forum.

At least there aren't any snakes in a computer lol. I don't actually know what the thread is called that's just what it was called to me.
