When will the MKVI Jetta TDI be available in the US?

I've tried combing these forums, the internet, and my local dealers for this information (to no avail): when will the 2011 Jetta TDI be released in the US?

On vw.com, the Jetta TDI page lists the 2010 model, though all other Jetta models are the 2011 models. (e.g. http://www.vw.com/en/tdi/jetta.html and the TDI isn't even a configurable option yet on their "build and price" page http://configurator.vw.com/ihdcc/configurator.html#10005.)

Has anyone been able to find a release/availability date?

Hmmm... so for once, Canada gets the newer stuff before US.

they want to field test their new winter package options this winter, so makes sense to release across Canada.
