What should I expect on getting the most out of a Jetta 2009 1.9 TDI?

I have a Jetta 2009 1.9 TDI...and honestly it isnt enough.

Was going up a small hill and it BARELY reached 140 kph. Simply not acceptable.

But...

I wanted to know, as stock, what is the best I could get out of this? The motor is 77 kW (105 PS; 103 hp) so, as stock, the best I could get is maybe 110 PS, pushing it 115 PS?

If so, what can I expect in top speed/acceleration?

I expect to go with reprogramming the chip (by a specialist) as a tuning box seems cheap and crappy.

That would be 86 MPH which is very slow. Something is wrong with your car. I have official State Patrol documentation of my car doing 121 MPH which is 195 KPH.

You are correct. Tuning boxes are crap. Get your car to run properly and you might be happy with the power of the stock tune. The only reason I might get a tune is for even better fuel economy.
