What line is this leaking oil?

Was doing my oil change today and noticed some oil coming out of this fitting. What is it? Would this be covered under my 2 year unlimited mileage CPO TDI warranty?

Not exactly sure what that is, looks to be an oil sensor of some kind?

Something like that should be covered under warranty, regardless.

That banjo bolt is the turbo oil drain. It is quite common for them to seep a little around that area. There are two o-rings that fit on the bolt itself. And the bolt has some thread locker/sealant on the threads. The bolt comes with the two seals already on it.

Yours does not look that bad to me. But if you want to replace it, the part number is WHT-000-494 and it costs less than 5 bucks. But I have to warn you, they are very tight, and you have to be careful to get the area clean when you reinstall it, and you cannot easily do this without taking the whole drain tube loose (the tube also doubles as the turbo support bracket), and there are two more o-rings and an anchor point further up.

If it were my car, I'd not mess with it unless it got to the point it was dripping down and getting on to the oil pan cozy.
