What Hp is a 10mm Pump good to

Keep in mind you have the lowest pressure VE pump in you B4, upgrade to the AHU and you are in the running to break 220+

maybe KERMA or other tdi guru could lighten us what's the advantage of using a 11mm head over the stock 10mm head, if they both can achieve powers like 250hp ?

Yucca is the members name that told me they did it. Can’t remember the thread that he said it on. He posted a video of a car doing it on a dyno.

11mm is way better for 300 bhp with such small turbo like 2260vklr. Needs also min 5x0.30mm nozzles.

Mind the fuel pressure at the inlet. The VE pumps on the Cummins-es do not take well to much over 10 psi on the inlet as it can push the front seal out...then for the gear driven beast we have No.2 going into the crank case diluting the oil.

Do we have the same sorts of limit/congenital defect on the pump seal? Running a Carter 4601 on my 6BT Dodge, and have had no issue with the seal.

Of course an 11mm is better but I know there was a thread that one of you gents from over seas made 300hp on a 10mm. I watched a video of it.

There it is! I think there is another car built that made over 300 at the wheels or maybe it was the tractor they built for pulling.

I would use 11mm pump any +250bhp setup.

Not all 10mm pump are same. I would not use 1Z pump any +200bhp setup, AFN pump are good upgrade for those motors.
