Ive been thinking of trading in my 03' alh wagon and getting a 14' jsw, since the 2015's will be here soon all the dealers have told me to come in right away, they have aggressive end of the year trade values and pricing. Just wondering what ppl have paid for theirs recently...

I think if you can do $1-$2k under invoice you are in good shape.

Purchased 2014 Sportwagen on 12/10/14. Monster mats, cargo mat, Sirius XM radio, first aid kit and DSG. No navigation or sunroof. 16" alloy wheels (standard without sunroof). I paid $27450 including 5.5 % sales tax, document fee and title fee. I don't think this is a great deal compared to other parts of the country.

In 2013 (July 4 weekend sale) I got (negotiated) for my ex a brand new Jetta TDI sportwagen (sunroof + 17" wheels but no navi or push-button start) for $26.5K - that was in Bay Area....

The price is going to vary according to how many dealerships you have within driving distance. I have one 8 miles away and one 55 miles away across the state line. There are only two dealerships in the state. The centrally located one at the state capitol has NO competitor within 150 miles. I probably got taken a bit judging by some of the prices I've seen on the site but not too bad.

A JSW TDI 6M (Sans NAV/DSG/PANO/17" tires) cost $1,000 less.....(but look at all the bells and whistles I've forgone)..............

........shifting for myself/using a Garmin/denied copious fresh air plus brite sunlight and more traction potential.
