Yes- and I remember doing my ATF flush on the wagon and getting the car level off the ground was strongly encouraged. I’m all about using wood that I got laying about - but when I built stilts for the Toyota van - I was shocked at how unlevel it was - but that thing is just gonna sit there for a bit while I build courage to continue, so it’s not too critical.Heck ya man, if it works it works. I use 2x4's, 6x6 iron pipe free off a jobsite, and as many widow makers as I need. Never had an issue. If you do come across a set of cheap jackstands they can be really nice to get the "right" height for certain jobs.
