It may be different in Canada, but when the Audi's come off the boat here on the East Coast, the wrap on them have their logo imprinted on the side of the vehicles. Large enough to spread across both side doors.

Q7 going to a nearby audi dealer? They come off the same boat.
Nearest Audi dealers are in Jacksonville and Ocala (they're separate from VW).
I could be wrong, but the Q7 for the NA market is produced in Slovakia, whereas the Jetta comes from Mexico. So, different boats.
