I own Golf mark 4 1.9 Tdi. I am truly confused and I have no idea what to do, sometimes when I start my car the turbo works and my car kicks like mad and most of the time the turbo does not boos but I can hear it when I drive. The turbo itself is fine.
what can affect my turbo charger to work and sometimes it doesn't

Best thing for you to do is get a 3rd gear full rev pull log with vcds and report back with a graph from malone tuning
