What’s the best Manual Tranny Fluid?

For my mk4 jetta tdi (ALH). 5 speed manual. What should be the best for my application? Preferably something on the lighter viscosity side.

Lots of people swear by the Pennzoil Synchromesh, but I've found VW's OEM manual-tranny oil to be excellent - and pretty much the same price.

I have always used the VW fluid.

I like synchromesh when you're trying to fix something, but otherwise the G 070 VW fluid is great.

Motul Gear 300 75W90 is a good one, I switched back from G070 to that and even got G050 too

Been running the OEM VW fluid for over 300,000 on the original gears and clutch, changed every 90,000 miles, and always in good condition upon change.
