Batman, I think we mentioned having another one in about a month, though nothing was finalized. And Ft. DeSoto seems to be pretty well centralized for us, and TDI and TDI-family friendly. Well, except for the local authorities, who didn't seem to appreciate how effective we were at keeping the mosquito population down.

How much does Ward Oil charge for BD100 per 55G drum and how do you guys get it home? I imagine you use a trailer of some sort?

A bunch of us went over to the East Coast about two years ago - we had a GTG at Gunther's VW - but those East Coast guys never come over to see us on the left coast
We (a Golf, two Jetta and a Chinese Restaurant... er...Passat on veggie oil) smoked across Alligator Alley.

I'll be there. There probably won't be many diesels, but if you are a VW fan, there will be a lot to look at. Who doesn't like seeing a 500 hp turbo VR6, or a 10 second daily driver bug?

Newbie here, wanted to get a new date <font color="red"> started/talked </font> about. Would like to attend.

Still beautiful weather for an outside GTG.

On another note, I got blown away driving westbound on S.R. 54 (Pasco County) a few weeks ago by a female driving a chipped TDI Beetle, reflex silver. Had Pasco County Fl. tags. Ummm, first 'race' in this car, first time getting beat that baaaad. Anyone know this person by chance? I know it was chipped, because she rubbed it in to me at the next light. Was fun. Didn't know half of what I know now (which is next to nothing) since coming to <font color="blue"> TDIclub.com </font>

Any of you locals know of a good shop to get dyno'ed at? Would like to start a baseline for future upgrades. I don't have a clue as to where to start looking. I guess some perfomance shops in my area.
