Sheila, I tried it way back before I did any other mods. I used a variable resistor, so I could tinker with dialing in settings that I wanted. I ended up removing it, because I could not dial out a CEL. Definitely impressive power, tho.
Should be able to do it in about 15 minutes...the hardest part is finding the right wires off the fuel pump harness, and exposing (huhuhuh, I said "expose") the copper for a good connection.

And yes, we are getting a good system in place. We actually, for some odd reason, seem to enjoy doing these...then again, after a week at our job, pulling our toenails out with pliers begins to look like "fun"....
