Weird vibration noise when driving straight just after wheel bearing replacement

Weird vibration noise underdriver side just had front wheel bearings done only makes noise when goin straight

Check your lugs first. Otherwise have the work double-checked. Something's loose

checked lugs those were fine its going to a different shop this time

Can anyone help I have an air sound while accelerating and now sounds like a blown exhaust and loss of power..
