Weird tapping/rattle

I’m thinking my dog bone mount is going bad. I have a tapping sound coming from like below the stick shift/underneath the radio. It goes away once I bring the rpms to 1000+. I poked around and found lots of vibrations in the oil pan, top of the engine no vibrations.

I Checked tensioner pulley
I Checked for loose upper motor mounts bolts

Can anyone confirm this type of a sound?

It sounds suspiciously like a flywheel fault. At 476,000 I imagine it’s had a couple though and your tuned into that kind of noise?
