2013 JSW TDI 6M was in my garage 2013 - 2017.....................
Fuelly calc'd 44mpg for 50,000 miles prior to the emission problem surfacing.................
The fix versus buyback question....................
The fix was hard for me to fully understand - the buyback hit me right where I live..........
VW laid an "original price" offer on me.
It was easy: "Bring the keys and current registratioen - well cut you a check".....................
I was impressed then (and I'm still impressed)
The buyback amount permited the purchase of a brand new Jetta.
That 1.4L 5M "S" is now over 60,000 odometer - AND NOT ONE ISSUE HAS SURFACED.
I've owned eight VW's: I'm not even close to considering anything else.
