ps. It's ~ 2.4kg/mm and 2.8kg/mm.

Seems like those nozzles are maxed out. Running against duration limiter, only smoke increases not the power. Well now. Long winter time to manage something up. TBH I hoped some 350 Wish Horse Power :D Quite good still. Run made from 2700-> because didn't want to change the ecu to see the difference and therefore going limp sometimes on lower revs and low boost. Pulls harder on higher revs now.

Yeah. You need some revs when you have full 2.5bar boost on 2800-3500rpm, depending of gear. Quite good spooling for such a 'big' wg turbo (52.2/59). Turbine housing is small and max boost is therefore limited. I dont wanna have stupidly high emp, it more than enough atm. New upgraded valve springs allow more emp so not too worried to run even over 3.5b emp. Sure VE is decreasing as it is shown in dyno - max fuel (45mg/str) on 4400-5400 and power still coming down a bit.

Nozzles

Hi all, sorry to jump in here, I'm looking for uprated nozzles for the ake 2.5 tdi, swapped plenty of 1.9 ve and pd nozzles but these v6 ones seem slightly harder to source.
Aim is around 240hp in future with upgraded turbo, for now just max out the gt2052v.
Seen some mention of the dsla 142 P 1519, 16% increase could be ideal, but also read the needles are incorrect?
If anyone can supply or point me in the direction of good quality nozzles for straight fit onto ake bodies please send me a message or reply here.

Those 142p1519 are not suitable for v6 indeed. Mate in Estonia just ran such a problem and took a pic about the difference IMAGE
P1519 vs. AKE P925.

There are not many option out there to choose from. One is to go with the cummins/iveco (+20-25%) nozzles and they are pretty nicely priced too. Second option is to go some aftermarket nozzles like cpc or firad (at least some are using those?) (+66-120%). Third option is to go AFB injectors and put a race683 (+80-90%) nozzles on them. Thats about it roughly.

Pump is maxed out.Smoke is caused by low fuel pressure.You think that when mounting BIG nozzles on a stock pump you don't get pressure drop?

You are probably correct about this. Funny thing is that years ago they told pump Will be maxed out at 200hp, then 250hp, 300 and now around 350.
Once I have time over this winter i'll try something New on the pump and hoping to push it even more over max limit :D Main target is still clean 100kw/l power.

Highly doubt that original 2260 on 2.05bar will give you 315hp.

Smoky tun, ofcourse.
Runs better than Audi a4 3.0 tdi with 330hp...(capa with no Dpf, 3" exhaust, big intercooler...)

nice! Sure 2260 supports that power. We had 317hp with AFR16.5-17 and 1.9bar max.

We had sometimes good afr, too.
But smoke.... not much but you could see in mirror

Middle range from 2000 to 4000 is pretty nice. Up to afr 19 on 3000 at wot . After 4000 gets smokey. Also when everything is getting hot it smokes more and power drops.

Hi, there's no other option to this at the moment but the bosio race 683 or CPC injectors... I am back to U.K. After Easter so if you want to get in touch with me then please feel free to do so ! I can help with either...I still have a fully built 300 Bhp engine in my old b5 which I might break for parts !

Might need to take you up on that if you split it, will PM you.

I've read through hundreds of pages if not thousands of pages of 2.5 V6 TDI posts and saw that the Iveco's came up but most threads died or gave non specific info bar some were good for 250bhp.

The CPC 60% nozzles are good, i have mapped a customers car with there and it did nice power 280 bhp or so... Iveco nozzles are good of YOU buy The right ones 1st hand...

Can anyone tell me which BOSCH nozzles can deliver more fuel and can be replaced in BAU injector body without getting any issues ?

They will install bolt on to all but AFB.
Sir I owe you a beer - It's painfully obvious now that I should of found these on previous searches but potentially late nights I went past the part numbers.

Any chance you'd know what power the two types you've mentioned would support? I see one is 8 hole.

Both are same sized nozzles, basically just different revision. They are 8x0.16mm, so about 25% over stock nozzles. There are some variations on pumps and how restricted they are so depending that we are talking 240-280hp.
