Hello I am building a tiny house and would like to buy a tow vehicle. Please reply if you have a 2004 VW Tuoareg TDI that you are willing to sell. Also curious if anyone has experience using this to tow a tiny house.

Well at least you are thinking ahead, because buying one of those will almost certainly mean all you can afford to live in is a trailer.
There are FAR better (and cheaper) vehicles out there for that type of task. The US is the land of full sized pickup trucks. They are rolling one off some assembly line somewhere on average about every 30 seconds. Have been for decades. They are cheap and easy to keep going for the most part.
A similar vintage F150 when properly equipped can best a T'reg's tow capacity by nearly one whole ton, and could probably be found for a fraction of the price. That's a 150... a "half ton" truck. The 250, Super Duty 250, 350, etc. can tow an actual whole house, if needed.

If you're willing to write the checks for repairs, the V10 is an excellent tow vehicle. The air suspension and adaptive dampers to a fantastic job!
Keep in mind most 04 V10s will need cams replaced at this point, which is a ~$5500 engine out repair.
