Well at least you are thinking ahead, because buying one of those will almost certainly mean all you can afford to live in is a trailer.
There are FAR better (and cheaper) vehicles out there for that type of task. The US is the land of full sized pickup trucks. They are rolling one off some assembly line somewhere on average about every 30 seconds. Have been for decades. They are cheap and easy to keep going for the most part.
A similar vintage F150 when properly equipped can best a T'reg's tow capacity by nearly one whole ton, and could probably be found for a fraction of the price. That's a 150... a "half ton" truck. The 250, Super Duty 250, 350, etc. can tow an actual whole house, if needed.
