seen a TV ad for a golf all track awd! I sure hope they offer this in a TDI as soon as the dust is settled

Sorry to say, but the CEO of VW North America said that the TDI is likely to never come back to this market. Once the dust settles, VW is creating a new brand for their electric line that is to be based out of Berlin, Germany. They hope to have the first car off the line in 2019 I think.

I too have heard that there will most likely not be any new TDIs in the states sadly.
