Hello everybody
I didn't find similar problems on forum like mine, and I need help.
Car is VW Tiguan 2.0 TDI 2012. CFFB engine, 120.000 km.
I had problem with EGR valve (water leaking) and it was replaced with new aftermarket part. Basic settings for EGR with VCDS done. After cca 2000 km, problems started. Sometimes when i want to accelerate harder auto judder (twitch). Then i had fault code P0121 00 - Implausible Signal. After that throttle valve disassembled and cleaned (was pretty dirty). Also basic settings for throttle valve with VCDS done after cleaning. After while came new fault code P00AF 00 - Stuck.
Then i have replaced EGR valve with new original OE part, and turbo charger was generally overhauled. Everything back assembled, with VCDS all basic settings done.
Car was running fine for the next cca 3000 km. Few days ago car fast 2,3 times judder while accelarating and again came fault code P0121 00.
Can somebody help me? Is it possible that all problems started with EGR valve replacement? Do I miss something with settings?
Thank You all

probably your problem is not the hardware but the software. if your CFFB has the emissions scandal update then the car runs like a pig. let a downgrade program by a tuner, only then you will have peace.
