Changing out the master cylinder on a 2014 Beetle TDI and noticed there are no VW markings on it. I thought i read somewhere that vw didnt manufacturer them or am I mistaken? I hope they dont and hope its still an Oem. I only ask because i have been fighting a brake light "always on" situation for quite some time now and if this master cylinder has already been changed then that definitely muddies up my master plan. I will be back to square 1. Thanks in advance.
