VW Jetta driver 'terrified' by burning seat warmer

there are no busy streets in Nanaimo. 
I'm on the fence here - I don't like hearing that it happened, but I also don't feel VW should pay to fix a 9 year old car seat.

Pretty low numbers I would say.............
"They are a particularly serious problem for paraplegics, who get injured because they can’t feel the seat getting hot".
So why would a paraplegic even have the seat warmer on then? Lack of common sense must be yet another aspect of their disability.
But don't get me started on what a step backwards the Americans with Disabilities Act is.

Yep I've dealt with the ADA a lot over the last 15 years. Allmost as bad as dealing with the EPA.
