VW Golf 2.0 GT Sport went on fire

My Golf went on fire last night while parked in my driveway. I drove around 1.5 hours before parking it outside around 8.30. Woke up at 3am and the car was a blaze. Fireman said it was an electrical fault. Anyone heard of this happening before?
1st post- how can I post videos and pictures of the scene?

Car fires happen all the time. Every manufacturer has vehicles that catch fire, especially petrol/gas versions. Way more common than people realize.
Could be an animal chewing on wiring, could be a defective part. So many variables.

My Corrado burst into flames many years ago while I was driving. My wife's Honda civic burst into flames in 2016 while she was driving.
