New tie rods, ball joints, struts and tires. On level highway - completely smooth. Steeper hill - minor vibration when I press on accellerator. Manual transmission. Any suggestions what it might be?
Thanks

Have the same thing- Google shows all the mechs saying "that's the inner driver's side CV, it can even dry out without tearing due to the high heat radiating off the exhaust there."

Oh yeah, wait, my inner driver's side CV DOES have grease slung all around it. Actually I don't see a tear in it.

The good news is most people say that just adding grease fixes the problem. If the boot's not torn, you can get a real tiny grease injector and squirt some in there past the seal and fix it without any real work.

Don't know if you're still running a DMF setup but if you are I wouldn't rule it out after you've had a look at the rest. I had similar symptoms prior to replacing my clutch a few months back. Good luck!

There is a thread around somewhere that involves swapping the cv joints side to side to put the pressure on the opposite side of where the wear has occurred. It is a PITA, but, can be done and it is free, and works.

What kind of grease would you use?
Would fix it mean, no more shuddering.

Another possibility is the "dogbone" transaxle mount. When the rubber bushing inside (or the bolt leaves/breaks) it vibrates against the sub frame metal as the engine moves/twists a bit under acceleration load.
