Hello,
for a long time i have a vibration on my car.

Symptoms
The vibrations come most when i go on 4rd or 5th gear and slightly push the throttle to keep stable speed.
The car is straightpiped so i hear that the engine sound like a missfiring.
Vibration is most intense when i go 20-30% throtle and try to keep steady speed 80-100kmh

Example - i go 100kmh, and car starts to slowing down, so i put throttle (20%) to keep the speed and the car starts to vibrate
When i go less or more throtle sometimes its stop to vibrate.

- When i go a full throttle the car go well but shakes too (feels like the car vibrates from left to the right)

- When i unplug MAF the vibration is little bit less in full throtle, but still when i try to keep the speed steady the car vibrates and sound like missfiring

! one thing that is weird when i try to simulate the vibration everytime on VAG-COM is bouncing voltage on IQ pump (Mod. Piston. Displ) !
When it goes without vibration the voltage on the piston is so close to be stable

VAG-COM

- without any codes
- logs will be attached
- only when vibrates as described the Mod piston displacement on injection pump is bouncing (see in log)
- TDIgraph looks good
- IQ is 3.6 (tried more or less but nothing has changed)

LOGS
DOWNLOAD LOGS
-Vibracenakonci - this log have vibration on the end (20-30%tps)

What i replaced?
- Dual mass flywheel (it was dead, helped a lot.)
- complete injectors (from another car, didnt help)
- i rerublicate shafts and axles
- checked the engine silentblocks and the "bone silentblock" on gearbox

Maybe important ?
- the car starts well warm and cold
- when it starts it throw a white smoke ( i have bad calbes on heating sparks)
- idle is stable after DMF replacement

What should i try or test ? Or change ? :D

Any ideas? Thanks and sorry for my english :)

Sounds like at a certain rpm, the vibration from the motor is shaking an electrical or vacuum line. Unplug and plug-in everything to the best of your abilities.

Aditional info - Its not based on RPM. Its based on the throthle (20-30%) on any RPM when i want to go on stable Speedo.
