Vendor shipping information

If you're a vendor who will be shipping items to TDIFest, please read the following information. I have sent emails to many of you, but I'm posting here in case I missed anyone or the email doesn't get received.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

**Please ship all items to the following address, to be delivered no earlier than August 31st and no later than September 3rd.**

It is of the utmost importance that we receive your items no later than Thursday, September 3rd so that we have time to catalog everything and get it ready for the event... the earlier, the better. Please don't bring items with you if you plan to arrive later than September 3rd, as doing so will cause significant delays in getting these items ready for the event.

Vendors should also include a message inside of each box explaining its contents (what items are in the box), what the retail price of each item is, and your name, business name, and contact information.
