VDO New - CAN TP2.0 might work. those years are the european model years.

Got a new key cut, but its not preprogrammed and I don't have the PIN.
Haven't tried VCDS yet but from what I've heard that will only program the remote lock/unlock function.

ahh okay, if you have KESSY(push to start) a dealer will have to reprogram the keys sadly.
otherwise, try out that VDO New option i mentioned. try both if the CAN TP2.0 doesnt work. i doubt your cluster or ECU speaks UDS.. but the chance is never 0 until tried i suppose
Well the can CAN TP2.0 does actually say connected but it doesnt do anything after that other than blank out the gauge cluster til I disconnect or pull out the key. I havent tried UDS yet but I suppose I can try
