I have a genuine VAGdashCOM and I have been unable to successfully communicate with BEW or BHW cars with it. ALH and BRM, no problem, but the Mk4 cars with EDC16 give me a "no communication with ECU" fault every time. Anybody else?

That tool was good years ago, but since update 5.17 to 5.29 went south and lot of bugs.
There is no update over 2 years and I think never will be .
So what you got that is it.

Yip its not very good, had i known i would rather have bought another product from someone else. The after sales support is also non existing. I think the developer died or left the company
