I've been having problems with the V157 actuator. I've installed the Dieselgeek P2015 bracket to limit the movement of the arm.
When I fire up the engine the actuator doesn't cycle like normal. If I reach in with a hook and pull the arm forward while the engine is running it seems to come to life, I clear the P2015 code and stays working until I restart the engine.
I've picked up a second V157 from a local scrap yard with a 2020 production date on it. It reacts the exact same way.
Anyone encounter something similar?
