Uneven Brake wear?

Hey guys, i just finished reading the post that a guy was having uneven brake wear on one pad. But i got a whole new ball game.. I have one pad with normal brake wear and the rest wore down all the way pretty much. My Drivers front brake pad is about 10 percent, when all the others are at 2-3?. Dont really know whats causing this uneven brake wear. It was unusual at the time of my last service the guys were telling me i was having a problem. the diagram kinda looked like this:

is the contact area on your rotors the same as the pads? do u have floating calipers or what type of brake sys. are we working with?

Nothing too unusual, you didn't mention if they were even on the inside and outside of each as well.
