I have a vw 1.9tdi 4 motion 2012, cffb engine code.
The label on the side of the turbo shows
KKK Part No 03L 253 056G V140
Serial No OC 50206903 02466
BW No BV40D-0007

It has dpf and egr delete, and been remapped,
I have been on your site looking for a turbo upgrade advise but can'y pin anything down.., nothing radical, but would like to approach 220-230, advise please,

Can i install a new turbo, and will it run as i would need to take it to get it remapped, not adverse to a bit of spannering, but remapping not my forte..

I have been searching but internet can be a bad thing, from,

https://gottuned.com/product/gtd175...m-conversion-and-welded-onto-stock-2-0tdi-cr/
but setup on a oval port manifold

To

https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...it-for-2-0-cr-transporter-t5-common-rail.html.

Don't need or want all that, just the turbo, just a bit more to about 220-230., as those roads in southern Italy, can be steep, with ambient air temps in the 40's, so egt's will be high...

Hello I am also interested in a turbo upgrade for the CFFB engine. Besides the mechanical adaptations, does the GTC1549VZ require any other changes, especially to the actuator ?

That is, once fitted in place, will the car run and can the ECU control the turbo (albeit without optimal power), so that I can drive like that to the software tuner ? Or is the control method totally different from BV40 to GTC1549VZ, and a remap must be done right after fitting, before driving the car ?

Hello I have a CFFB engine on a Audi A3 and I want to instal a turbo from CFGB engine (attached Photo with the turbo) but I have a issue with the oil pipe, on CFFB engine the inlet oil pipe came from the front but on the turbo that I bought the oil pipe came from the return pipe, from down, from the back of the engine. Can you show me what modification you did on the oil pipe?
Thanks

You simply need to use the oil pipes from CFGB.

CFFB has oil supply up top, and drain on opposite side as usual.

CFGB has oil supply on the lower side and drain down low as usual.

CFGB bolt pattern from oil return is also a bit rotated.

Thats why just use the oil lines from CFGB and you are good to go.
