Good morning all, it’s been way too long since I’ve been on this website. A friend of mine in the Staunton Virginia area as a 2005 Tdi which is running and let mode at this time. He’s looking for a trusted mechanic nearby here that can help. I’m standing by for your responses and I truly do appreciate your help.

Foreign Affairs works on VW but nearly as expensive as the dealer. I was having them price brakes all way round on my 2012 Jetta TDI & they were maybe $100 less, and never suggested I not replace the rotors. I asked a local mechanic about it and he put on new pads and no problems with old rotors & saved $500. The Staunton VW dealer is high dollar, and I really dont trust them anymore.
